We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for any particular run. In-game updates, balance patches, events, hotfixes, or hidden server changes may invalidate guides at any time. You may quote with attribution and a link back; mass reproduction, scraping for re-publication, or commercial redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site to impersonate Universal Tower Defense X, its developer group, Roblox Corporation, or any official support channel; (b) submit spam, abuse, harassment, threats, or illegal content through any contact path; (c) run automated scraping or crawling that imposes undue load on the Site or attempts to bypass Cloudflare security controls; (d) reverse-engineer the DPS calculator or other client-side tools for commercial redistribution; (e) submit exploit tools, code generators, account credentials, private server sales pitches, fake code claims, or links to malware; (f) inject malicious code or interfere with normal Site operation. You are responsible for your own Roblox account actions, in-game purchases, trades, rerolls, and spending decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, calculator code, CSS, custom graphics, methodology notes) is owned by the Site operator unless attributed otherwise. Game names, logos, unit names, event names, and other game assets — including "Universal Tower Defense X", "UTDX", the game logo, and Roblox — belong to their respective owners. These marks are used here under fair-use commentary and guide context for an independent fan reference site.

4. Third-Party Content

The Site may reference, embed, or link to third-party sources including Rolimon's, Pro Game Guides, Beebom, BloxInformer, YouTube videos, the official Roblox game page, community Discord servers, and code trackers. We are not responsible for third-party site practices, availability, content accuracy, or advertising on those sites.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This Site is not affiliated with Universal Tower Defense X, its developer group, Roblox Corporation, or any official Roblox support team. DPS values, wave thresholds, reroll expected-value math, cost-efficiency rankings, and map ratings are modelled from public sources, visible gameplay assumptions, and practical testing — not from developer-published official stats. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its guides, including but not limited to in-game losses (lost items, wasted rerolls, failed runs), account issues, ban risks, time spent, or any platform-level consequences. Roblox is a third-party platform governed by its own terms.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Site operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; (c) any content you submit through a contact path; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms may be modified when the Site stack, advertising setup, contact workflow, or editorial scope changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, the operator's home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
